Policy of return and change product
Purpose: In order to create a difference in customer care and commitment to bring customers quality products and after-sales service attentive when shopping at the Maxshop system, support and increase the value of incentives for customers when using the product.
Policy of return and change product :
- Products are distributed by Maxshop system.
- Product defect specifications are confirmed by manufacturer or supplier.
- The product is replaced within thirty (30) days of the Maxshop sales receipt.
- Full box, accessories.
- The name, serial number / imei of the product must match the information on the invoice.
- The product must be sealed with the manufacturer's seal.
- Not applicable for delivery - refund of product.
- In case of lack of above conditions, policy of product change will not be applied. Products are warranted only under the manufacturer's policy.
- Products scratches, lack of invoices, promotional gifts (if any) will deduct each type from 5% of the value of the product under the invoice.
- Only apply for faulty product, not for accessories attached to the product.
Regulations for product change:
- Change one product with a new one (same model, same color, same capacity, ...).
- In case the product is out off stock, the customer can change to another product of the same type and value equal to or greater than the value of the original product. If the value of the new product is higher than the value of the original product, the customer pays for the difference.
- In case accessories attached to product are fault, just change accessories.
